Aging Life Clinical Care Manager
Cindy Bolton, LPN, is an Aging Life Care Manager who has worked with the senior population for over 25 years. She is dedicated to the aging population as they enrich her life as she strives to enrich theirs. She recognizes that each individual’s quality of life perspective is very unique and their care should encircle this perspective. Certified in Teepa Snow’s: Positive Approach to Care dementia training.
She is a native of Clay NY, graduated from Cicero high school and went on to nursing school at OCM Boces. She attended Cayuga Community College with a focus on ethics and psychology.
She has experience in all senior levels of care and spent time at Crouse hospital working in the ICU step down unit. Cindy worked for Loretto Housing for over 17 years as their Admission Assessment Nurse. She specializes in individual medical assessments and has extensive knowledge of senior living levels of care available within our community, and the qualifications an individual must meet for each level.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, her Vietnamese potbelly pig, Hossie, as well as her dog, Roxy.
